Welcome to RozIbaadat. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RozIbaadat mobile application ("App") and related services.
By downloading, accessing, or using RozIbaadat, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. About RozIbaadat
RozIbaadat is an Islamic content app that lets you browse status videos, quotes, and wallpapers, save them to your device, and share them. The App may offer premium features via subscriptions, trials, or one-time purchases.
2. Eligibility
- You agree that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
3. Account & Registration
To access the App you register with your Indian mobile number. You are responsible for:
- All activity under your account
- Keeping access to your phone number secure
- Not sharing your account with others for misuse
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Content disclaimer
RozIbaadat provides Islamic status videos, quotes, and wallpapers for personal, non-commercial use. Some content may be user-generated or sourced from partners. We do not guarantee accuracy of all quotes or media. The App is not a substitute for religious scholarship or professional advice. You remain responsible for how you share content.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use RozIbaadat to:
- Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
- Attempt to hack, exploit, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App
- Use bots or automation to abuse downloads or the service
- Upload or redistribute App content in violation of copyright
- Misuse, copy, or commercially exploit content without permission
We may suspend or ban users for violations without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All app design, branding, UI, features, code, and platform content belong to RozIbaadat or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
7. Subscriptions, Purchases & Billing
RozIbaadat may offer trials, one-time purchases, or subscriptions. Payments may be processed via UPI Autopay partners or authorized payment providers. By purchasing, you agree that:
- You are responsible for managing cancellations through your payment method or in-app flow
- Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled
- Prices may change in the future with reasonable notice where required
8. Refund Policy
We offer a refund policy for eligible purchases as described in our Refund Policy. For refund support, contact support@rozibaadat.app.
9. Service Availability & Changes
We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, discontinue the App with reasonable notice where possible, or add, remove, or modify features. We are not liable for downtime caused by technical issues beyond our control.
10. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services (for example hosting, analytics, cloud storage, and payment processors). We are not responsible for third-party service issues, outages, or their policies.
11. Privacy
Your use of RozIbaadat is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if required by law, if you misuse the App, or if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and request account deletion through the account deletion page.
13. Disclaimers
RozIbaadat is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will match any particular expectation.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RozIbaadat will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from your use of the App.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
